La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olive Branch

Stayed during the January 2026 storm and it was exactly what my family needed during our time of need. Our home was without power for 4 days. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Shout out to Joy! I gave the experience a 4 because mattress and pillows are hard and don’t give the most comfortable sleep experience. They allow pets so if you have one it’s great, if not be prepared for barking.

We were supposed to stay at this location in the same month it opened but our planner mistakenly booked a different one. Although we liked that location, we are so glad he opted to try again. We were very impressed upon walking in the door, and the staff was very kind plus we kept talking about the wonderful scent in the lobby. The rooms were really nice and they were very clever with the space. For our future road trips from Atlanta, this will be our go to hotel.

You can tell this is a newer hotel from the design & the fact they have EV hookups. The room was clean, plenty of space, nice hot water for shower. Only complaints are the king bed is on a metal frame that made noise (metallic clubk) everytime you roll over, could be issue for light sleeper. Also the breakfast selection was very limited. No hard boiled eggs 1 yogurt option & only 2 cereal options(hubby said maybe weekend options were more since breakfast area is large). Would stay again since clean & reasonably priced. Just be prepped to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Amazing hotel, very well designed. Rooms are large and very comfortable except the pillows are terrible. Good coffee and ok breakfast.

This was my first time staying here, and the hotel itself was lovely — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Maya and Joy were absolutely fabulous. From start to finish, they went above and beyond, always so kind, helpful, and genuine. Their warmth turned what could have been just a nice hotel stay into something special. I left feeling cared for and grateful, and it’s entirely because of them. If you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Maya or Joy, you’ll know exactly what I mean!

Great hotel, close to the highway. The two African American young ladies that worked the front counter were absolutely amazing, nice and very helpful. The hotel had free breakfast, everything was good except the sausage links. They were very greasy, nasty. They should serve bacon or ham. That sausage didn’t have a good taste. Other than that the hotel smelled great on every floor. Rooms we top notch and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Great experience great staff clean rooms. Good breakfast nice cool pool nice workout area would definitely come back again and stay here for almost a month. Highly recommended to anybody didn’t deal with any problems had my pets with me. They are welcoming about that everything they were very, very, very professional and would highly recommend them to anyone.

From arrival to departure we had a great time. The room was beautiful and perfect for our small family. I would suggest some non slip mats for the tub as it was a bit slippery and my little one slipped and hit his head (in a seated position, he's only 1). The breakfast was absolutely delicious! My husband really enjoyed it and he doesn't usually like hotel breakfast. Parking was plentiful and we felt safe and secure at this location. I would 1000% stay at this location again.
